"I ordered my glasses on 12/28/2023 and they said it would be a delay from the normal 14 days until January 28 thru February 12th. I sent an email last week and a representative said it would be 2 more weeks. I still have not gotten my order. I paid almost $500 and I am still without my glasses that I need. I don’t know what is going on but there should be an email or something updating you. I am very disappointed. My first pair of glasses I had no problem. I will contact the end of the week and if they still are not in i will cancel and reorder some where else"
