"At first I thought: wow very easy payment and 50% off my product! Great! But then after I paid even for rapid shipping I had to find out they didn't have the item in stock and needed to order it from the manufacturer which would take them 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately, I paid for rapid shipping because I needed it RAPID. I will give you 3 stars because the customer support was fast and easy to reach and they gave me back my money and cancelled my order luckily. However it was very dissappointing."

"I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses and selected mirrored lenses however they shipped without prescription mirrored lenses. I sent them back and paid the $9.99 return fee. I ordered a new pair of regular glasses and they never shipped. After a month of checking online and the status saying processing I was told (twice) that I could not cancel the order. After replying a third time my order was cancelled. This is not the quality site that I thought it was."
