Because I had no turn signals, I ordered expedited shipping. Unfortunately, there was a glitch and the order did not ship timely. When I called several days later to check on the status of the order, the person I talked to undid the problem, deleted the shipping charge and gave me a $25 credit on a future order all without me ask. I got the part and now have working turn signals again. Next time I need something I will order from FCP"
