"I had ordered 2 part # ***-***-****. I was charged for 2 although only 1 was in the package. I called in late last night (01/06/2012)and left a phone message. I have not heard from anyone yet regarding this issue. It gets a little more complicated because I have to ship the part(s) back. My mechanic misdiagnosed the problem I had and the Crank Position Reference Sensor is not the problem. I don't want to ship the single part back before the original problem (received one & charged for 2) is resolved.I am still waiting to see how customer service and the reture issue is handled."

Could be a bit better regarding number of items needed and number of items included in box. for example, ordered two air filters and later saw in "fine print" that two were included in each box. My error, but the information wasn't as prominent as I would have expected. No response from message left with offline chat. Again, my mistake - should have called 1-800 #. Fast delivery with good tracking. All-in-all I'm very satisfied and will be a repeat customer."

"Ordered FCP brand lower control arms for my wife's 2001 V70 and installed in March 2010. 18mos and 15,000 miles later, car would not hold an alignment more than a couple weeks. Mechanic diagnosed that the control arms were shot already. Called FCP and ordered another set of arms. Replaced 15,000 mile arms and sent old ones back to FCP. Credit was issued within a few days for the failed arms. What I learned from this experience is this- when it comes to replacing wear items that require several hours of shop labor to install, buy OEM. I saved a few dollars intially but, after paying for labor to install, remove and reinstall arms plus shipping, two trips to the alignment shop and severely reduced tire life due to misalignment, I would have been better off to purchase lower control arms from Volvo. With all that said, this is the first and only time I have ever had an issue with any part I have ever purchased from FCP. The staff has always been very helpful and knowledgeable when I have contacted them for parts. I will continue to use FCP for replacement parts for my Volvo V70. "

First let me say their shipping prices are great, $4. - Second, I ordered a filter for my Volvo 850 ($4.) shipping, my package arrived the next day! Was it a mistake?
