"I called to get a tracking number for my order and was told that there was no tracking number. Your rep told me I chose the cheapest shipping and didn't include a tracking number. I paid enough for First Class or Priority Mail. Your shipping charges are not cheap, in fact they are excessive for the small part that I ordered. I will never order from your company again.

They wanted $19.99 for Priority Mail on a part that was less than 1 lb and may have been able to go by First Class. Their shipping rates ARE EXTREMELY EXCESSIVE!!!!!"

"I recently purchased a clutch kit from FCP Gtoton. I have purchased from FCP before and have always been very pleased with the service and quality of the merchandise. I purchased the kit on a Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday. I installed the kit on Friday and ran into a few issues. The issues were not related to the parts I purchased but were preventing the kit from performing properly. Working with Mike Rivera at FCP (an ASE Certified Technician) we were able to determine the problem and get the car back on the road by the following Tuesday. It isn't too often that you can get this level of service from an online company. Hats off to FCP!

"What ever you do, do knot buy from this company, kit was $223.10 because of there screw up I had to go out and spend another $100.00 on top of what I spent at F.C.P they should have on there web site buyer beware because are parts are not that good they are a rip off I bot a timing belt kit, had a bad water pump, The box that the water pump was in was damaged and the gasket was damaged so had to go to dealer and get another gasket which was $10.00 not including gas was another $20.00 had to go out of town to get it, I was told they known about the situation, had to go out to Auto zone to pick up a water pump, do to the car was ready to be put back in running condition, now trying to get money back, I was told I would have funds back 9nto my account the next day after they have received it, now I am being told another two days and I am only getting $27.00 back for a water pump, so I suppose you pay for what you get cheap parts, lesson learned buy local at your local parts house on not online because its not worth the headache, Auto zone water pump was $78.00 & life time warranty and the & they tell me that here water pump was $27.00 something wrong with this picture cheap company never again.... "The 1991 Volvo 240 sunvisor clip I purchased is a perfect match! I only needed one for the driver's side visor, but after installation, I double-checked the condition of the passenger side visor clip and broke that one, too! I should have bought 2 from the start. The 20-year old car is a retro blast from the past, but all the plastics are brittle and seem to break by looking or touching. "Ordered from FCP BEFORE I ordered from two other auto parts online sellers. FCP is by far the SLOWEST seller to get me my parts. The others (AdvanceAuto.com and AZautohaus.com) got here on time on a friday. A whole week to get parts from Chicago? FCP took not only the whole day MONDAY but the entire TUESDAY to ship my parts.

update**UPS showed up later that same friday with half my FCP order. The rest is to be delivered tuesday. Can't mount my struts without the strut mounts.
