I received the volvo parts quickly and just finished installing the intercooler hoses (850SHK-Blue Silicone Hose Kit).
These were a tremendous let down in terms of quality and fitment.
Basically they are not sized (hose ID to metal tube OD) well.
This makes installation dang near impossible although it is done.
I would not recommend that you continue selling these items.
It is just not worth the hassle of installation, and the quality is pretty much comparatively junk.
They are cheap, but not so cheap in terms of $$ to be worth the hassle and I would suspect some folks have just given up on their installation.
I got them to fit by reshaping the metal tube ends on the intercooler piping and by cursing and prying to much.
It should not have been that difficult.
If in their manufacture they had opened up the ID's of the hoses by 1/8" that would have made them fit snug, but as they are it takes far too much persuasion to install them in situ.
Not sure what your experience is with these bloody things but I dislike them if thats not clear?
I am writing this as a complaint to you on my own behalf, but also that perhaps you will pull them off your shelves and save someone else the headache.

1- There are too many websites, and sometimes parts are found only on one site and not the others. - It is also not made clear that these other sites exist. I had already put an order together through fcpgroton and then realized there were more parts available at fcpeuro and had to start all over.
2- Telephoning customer service. - I called customer service at 3:50pm on Sat. March 31, 10 minutes before closing time. I was on hold waiting for 'the next available tech'. Then, at 4pm I was given voice mail. At closing time, do you hang up on customers that have been on hold instead of taking their call?
3- Recommended and related parts are not shown. - At the time I placed this order for strut parts, the fact that you carry the related strut tool for Volvos was never made evident. Had I known you carry the tool, I would have added it to the original order and received it sooner and with the 15% off and free shipping I was getting with the original order. Instead, I had to order it separately and pay shipping."
"Sent me the wrong item and wont answer emails. I purchased a bottle of $1.95 Subaru Coolant Conditioner. This comes from the factory in every Subaru and is recommended when you change coolant. Instead they sent me a $20.00 bottle of Subaru Long Life Coolant which I don't need. I tried explaining this to them. It cost them more to ship this bottle than I payed total and it came in a sashed up thin walled box with no padding. Their loss is my gain somehow I guess. Beware if you need to return something because they will not answer you."
"I've always had good experiences with FCP. Never sent the wrong part or damaged parts. I forgot to put in a coupon code once and all it took was an email and they took care of the rest and credited back the discount amount. I actually prefer FCP to IPD for regular parts due to the fact that FCP started listing the manufacturers and I've gotten better service. The shipping has always been cheap (when I've had to pay for it) and fast. "

I am so glad I eventually found FCP Groton. My local volvo-parts shopping options are less than ideal, and I wasn't overwhelmed with joy with what I could find from various other online retailers. I think I originally came across a mention of fcp on the brickboard, and I am so happy I did. I am nothing but satisfied with this parts vendor and their online store. Also I am so happy to do my shopping at a long-established small business. This review probably sounds fake, but really I have nothing but gratitude for this place. I've ordered virtually all my volvo parts from them for the last several years, and plant to continue. Having a solid go-to parts place with all the atributes I've already mentioned makes car ownership far less of a hassle that it can be. I recommend them to any volvo-owners I meet."
