I had numerous problems with my order to start. At first the SAVE10 offer would not work. FCP fixed it INSTANTLY. Then my credit card was having problems of its own, While I was worried FCP would become impaitent and cancel my order, they waited for it to be sorted, and I got my product. Very impressed with the ordering process.

I received my packaging on-time, and while I was initially worried as the box was a little beat up, I opened it to find my delicate product had been wrapped VERY tight and secure, No breakage.

The product I received was NEW, and complete. No refurbished or repackaged garbage.

This review is to express my deepest thanks to Joe Coppola for his outstanding customer service. I had ordered an Air Mass Meter for my 2004 Volvo XC90 and selected the 5 cylinder by mistake. After receiving the item and discovering that it did not fit I call FCP and was put in touch with Joe. Joe quickly identified the problem and the incorrect part number and quickly shipped out the correct Air Mass Meter while I returned the incorrect part. Since my immediate family owns seven Volvo's you can be sure if a need arises for another Volvo part my family and I will be using FCP Groton for all of our future requirements.
