Zero Communication
"Have been trying to contact for months to get my refund that I was given a label for, and provided receipt of shipment, and have been ignored when proven all facts true. Im still waiting for a $60+ refund. Sizes are strange in every option of clothing and quality varies on every product. Whether you use vip credits or have a sale item, your total never matches what you’re being shown an items price is and sale prices are overridden due to numerous fees at checkout. We need to stop getting tricked into thinking we’re getting quality clothing because it’s “body shaping” or “endorsed”/“designed” by rich people. The companies trying to push deals on you don’t care that you’re a basic customer just trying to get quality clothes. "
