"If you are thinking about buying from this site, run in the other direction. This is by far some of the worst customer service and experience I have ever had shopping online, and shop online regularly.
I ordered vinyl from this site, and paid nearly the same price for shipping as the cost of the vinyl. The company sent it boxed rather than on a roll, and it arrived irreversibly damaged due to colour fading and creasing. I ordered 8 yards. Apparently anything under 10 yards is sent folded. There is no notice at checkout about them folding the vinyl and no option to upgrade shipping so fabric isn't sent folded. Anyone who's ever worked with vinyl knows you shouldn't fold it. Customer service was completely useless for any help. They insisted that the small print at the bottom on the listing of the vinyl excused them from the reasonable expectation that goods be delivered undamaged.
Despite the fact that the product arrived damaged, I was expected to pay return shipping after already having paid for shipping once. The company wasn't willing to do anything to correct the damage in the material. They expected me to pay return shipping, place a new order with them and pay for shipping on a second order, having me pay for shipping three separate times to the same company before I got undamaged goods.
Try any other store."
"Cancelled order a few hours after I ordered it. They said the item had already shipped and refused to cancel the order. The FedEx tracking showed that a shipping label had been created but the Item had not shipped/ Informed the company but they still refused to cancel and refund my credit card. I will have to refuse delivery and ask credit card company for a chargeback. Terrible, dishonest customer service.

"Even after reading reviews and seeing the low recommendation rates for this company, they are inexpensive so I decided to take my chances. Was that ever a big mistake! After a full week of no progress (they said they almost always ship within 2 days), I finally wrote to them to ask what the problem was. Wouldn't you know it, they gave me the same sob story they gave most who left them poor reviews, that they had too many orders and not enough staff, but rest assured, they will ship it right out. That still took another 48 hours.
Then, when I got the package, I saw that one of my fabrics was missing. They told me they had a stock shortage and could not send it. I asked why they did not bother to tell me before I pointed it out to them, and sure enough, another excuse (warehouse missed notifying me). They finally offered to either send out something else or refund me. REFUND please! Then they only sent part of the refund. No explanation, no idea why (although I have suspicions). I had to call them out on that to get the rest sent.
They will never see another dollar of mine, and I am hoping that they don't see any money of yours either. Yeah, they're cheap, but you get what you pay for. Don't spend money here!!"
"Do NOT buy from them. I ordered my package in may and it is now the END OF JULY! I tried to reach costumer service by phone which they hung up on me three times, and by email which has not been answered. I am on the verge of getting my money back! I had bought over $100 of fabric and havent received not one thing. Not even an email. I have never made a review in my life but this store is disgraceful. Even in a pandemic i have received other packages in a timely manner, even updated emails, but this company will tell you nothing until u forget that you even ordered! "
"Don't use them. They claim to take 45-60 days to fulfill orders. They should just take their site offline until they can get their act together. I placed an order and was told it would take 30 days to ship. 56 days later they informed me they are out of stock."

"I see some reviewers had issues with their orders, but I can say I have never had any. Orders come in a timely matter and I live on the opposite coast. I have made alterations to my orders by email and phone in the past and customer service has always been extremely fast and efficient. I use this place for all of my costuming needs. I really recommend this place!"
"I ordered 10 yards of fabric on April 4, 2020. It was to take 10-14 days to receive. The money was extracted from my account the next day but it is now May 11 and I haven't received the fabric or any word from the company. I did my own investigation. The number they provide goes to the address of "The School of Rock" in Farmingdale, New York. The number is outgoing only. I have tried to go through PayPal to get some answers but they cannot be reached either due to Covid. I see now why there are so many complaints against this company. After purchase I tried to save the page for my records but the page could not be saved and there was no invoice number."
"I placed an order the first week of April and immediately received a confirmation email for my order. Great. Now this was during the COVID-19 pandemic so there were to be delays in shipping and I expected some trouble with customer service if I needed to reach out. It has now been over a month and I never received any shipping information so I reached out to the customer support via email and via phone several times. I waited on hold for over 45 mins on 3 separate occasions and no one ever came to the phone, the line simply disconnected. I never received any response on the email customer support either. They simply took my $80.00 and I doubt I'll ever receive my order or a refund. I definitely do not recommend this site. "

"Fabric ordered was very light weight but OK quality. Length ordered was correct. However the package the material arrived in was sealed with some kind of oily adhesive that had to be washed off my hands and when fabric was removed, got on the top piece causing several rather large oily markings. These could not be removed with Dawn and hot water or stain remover with hot water. The online web site claims good customer service but this is not correct-there is no customer service. I attempted to call the phone number and after 29 minutes on hold I hung up. I then sent an email to the web site explaining the problem and requested a response-None was given and No response. If you need inexpensive fabric that you don't mind the condition, order with caution, otherwise use a reputable source for fabric "

"Ordered champagne sequin Jan. 2. I decided to track it on Jan. 8 and realized that I had no order confirmation. Called to find out more and was then informed that my order wasn’t shipped out and that it would be shipped out yet and that they were gonna do it the next day. I deceived to ask why wasn’t it shipped out and was told that the champagne gold sequin that I ordered came on black mesh and not gold. So if this is the case, how were they gonna ship out “the next” business day without informing me? Then Sam proceeds to tell me that they were gonna contact me today. Lies lies lies! Four business days had passed and you didn’t send confirmation, didn’t contact me on fabric color, yet you were gonna ship out next day? Bull! If I didn’t call I would’ve been out of luck for my wedding. Slow and horrible shipping. This was not the first time! Will not be ordering again!"
"I bought some fabric this Sunday and it still hasn't shipped out yet. They say they ship in 24-72 hours, but it's well past that. Perhaps because of New Year's but it's now January 3rd, so I would think they would have shipped it out by now at least. And the last time I bought from them, I had to tell them they were taking a while to ship, and they then sent me the wrong colour of fabric. So now I don't even want to tell them to hurry in case they send me a wrong colour of fabric again. The price is good as well as the rewards, but it takes so long to ship. I don't understand why. Please increase dispatch speed FWD. "
