Went to return the $30 shirt and found out "easy/365 returns" and "100% satisfaction guarantee" actually means $9.99 to ship back. Absolutely absurd. I even tried chatting with customer service first to avoid having to post a negative review but there was nothing they could do. Just lost a customer for life and will be sure to spread the word about my experience...hope the $9.99 was worth it..."

I was later told that a replacement would be shipped and not to send the damaged on back. When I received my replacement product, the order was incorrect. I was shipped an 8X10 Vertical Milwaukee Bucks Frame. NBAstore.com & Fanatics appear to have an order fulfillment logistics issue and I have not waited over 2 weeks for an undamaged product. A recent ordered arrived damaged and we were out of the country so there was a delay in noticing the damage. We all know that anytime you ship items there is a possibility of damage. I contacted customer service and worked with Melina. Melina worked hard to get me a return label for the damaged item and a new item was immediately mailed out. She kept in constant communication with me on what was occurring. Unfortunately, the second item that arrived had a defect.
