She researched the problem while I was on the phone and told me that she would email me when the replacement cards were mailed. She kept me informed via email each step of the way. Melina is the most helpful and friendliest person I've ever encountered over the phone! Due to her pleasantness and helpfulness, she turned an aggravating situation into a pleasant situation. "There was an error with the authentication on a jersey I purchased as it was listed as lost/stolen. I reached out to customer service and I was directed to a department that was closed at the time I called and was told I would be contacted the following business day. I received an email from Genevieve the following day and he was helpful and was able to identify & correct the error on the hologram. Personally, I would prefer if Fanatics had paper COAs instead of just the hologram for the online verification, nonetheless I'm satisfied with my order. "
"Every customer service rep. Should be trained by Melina nicolaides. I’ve never had a better experience dealing with customer service(Anywhere). Usually a nightmare. She made the process stress free and was a JOY to speak with. The product I ordered was pretty scratched up. But luckily I had Melina to the rescue. She got right on top of things and stayed in communication with me the entire time keeping me in the loop of what’s going on. She had a new product sent out immediately. I never write reviews but felt the need to let everyone know how amazing Melina truly is. Her service and care for the customer is by far top notch. And very much appreciated. "Initiated search for White Sox sweatshirt and shirt off of Fanatics. Not realizing I ended up on MLB.com and that is where the order was initiated. The items came in a Fanatics bag. No inside label stating a different return policy from Fanatics. No paperwork at all. When I went to initate a return, I could not locate my order on Fanatics. They helped me track it down to MLB.com. MLB.com would not honor the Fanatics return policy. Ashley kindly shared that they just use Fanatics to power their website and to ship their goods. You have to ensure you read the website Fanatics directs carefully to understand each sub-affiliates return policy. As they ensure that they do not share it outright."
