She followed the issue with my ordered product not being delivered on time and gave me the confidence that my order would arrive in time for my grandson's birthday. So I emailed customer service and they told me that it didn't come with one, but the description of it said it included a certificate. Customer service told me to mail it back but I thought something was wrong so I got on the phone and called customer service and talked to Andrea. "Beyond dissapointed. I placed an order November 3, 2016 it is now December 15, 2016. I do not have the ONE item i ordered and they took my money immediately. BAD BUSINESS. I don't have a status update or support. I don't have anything. I have contacted customer service via live chat twice - since a phone number cannot be found - to be promised on two different occasions that my order would be shipped, a status update would be provided, or a solution would be provided. NOTHING. Customer service was lazy and automated, with no follow though and no concern. I asked if I had options like changing sizes or changing items to get my order to ship faster. I was told, 'no'. I was offering solutions, not them. They gave me nothing. No help, no product, no refund. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Not apologetic at all and wanted me to "pick something else out," They also claimed 1 days shipping...took 3 and now all of my stuff is going to be late for the big game. "I read the return policy carefully before placing an order. It states how simple it is, and that a return label will be sent to you if you are not satisfied with your order. What they don't tell you anywhere on the return policy is that they will deduct $5.50 for the return. This should have been disclosed on the return policy. I attempted to contact the live chat, and it wouldn't ever connect me with an agent. So I will pay for the return fee, even though it was never disclosed, but I will never order from this web site again. Be forewarned that their customer service **** if you have a problem and you will pay the return shipping."
"I bought 2 small items that were both in stock with 2-day expedited shipping on 10/3. I emailed them on 10/10 about the order and never heard anything back from them. Finally on 10/13 I got shipping confirmation, but only a label created... item hasn't actually shipped yet! Where are my products? They charged my credit card for them nearly 2 weeks ago. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! SLOW SHIPPING!"
