"I did a return. It was a little bit long and I was in need to call to know why the refund wasn't on my account after almost 1 month, but the lady I had on the phone 'Melina" was really professional and really good. 3 hours later I received a email to let me know that the refund was been proceed.

"The autographed item I ordered did not match the authenticity verification number on the item. Melina Nicolaides quickly resolved the issue, she figured out the problem and got the item and verification numbers matching within hours. She could not have been friendlier or more helpful, fanatics is lucky to have her!"

Later that day I got an email that my order was on it's way, they would be overnight so I would receive it before Xmas. She's an asset to your company and provided me excellent customer service.

Fast, efficient service.

"I ordered an autographed helmet and the wrong one was delivered. The customer service agent Melissa Ospina was outstanding. She replied very quickly and clearly spelled out everything I needed to make the exchange of helmets. The process to make the exchange was simple and took me minimal time. Melissa's quick replies and customer service were outstanding and made me feel like a valued customer, not just a "number". Despite the mistake of the wrong helmet being sent, I will definitely be a future customer of Fanatics! "

"The warehouse was out of the item I had ordered, although the website was still registering one item left. Once Sonia realized that they were out (within 1 business day of the order), she informed me that there had been a mistake with inventory, and I was immediately refunded. She then helped me find a similar item, which was a perfect substitute. It ships decently quickly, even around the holidays, which is excellent. Thanks Sonia!"

Quick delivery, quality material, we LOVE this Spurs jersey.

"It seems like most of these horrible reviews are due to shipping time... & theyre mostly around the holidays, when they expect everything instant. I ordered my jersey on Wednesday, 12/19 & got it this morning FedEx, 12/23!! SUPER impressed with how fast it arrived!....
Also, since Im so horrible at waiting to give gifts, my husband put on the jersey & was ECSTATIC at how perfectly it fit, & how quality & wonderful the material was. Ive had horrible Jersey experiences on eBay, Etsy, & other sporting goods stores..... but we are both absolutely blown away by the quality & quickness of delivery of this product. THANK YOU!!, we love his Spurs Leonard jersey! Wish I could post a photo!!

Great Customer Service

"I had received my item and it was damaged. I immediately called the customer service line because Christmas is 4 days away and I needed this for Christmas. The lady was so nice and assured me that I would get a new lanyard in the mail, and would make sure it got to me by this Saturday at NO COST. Amazing customer service, I’m very pleased."

"My gift order was shipped to a friend in USA and was accidentally returned to sender. Fanatics team messaged me the day the package was returned and I was given another opportunity to ship my gift. I asked Lauren Alfonzo if it would be possible to ship this item to me in Canada. My parcel arrived in 2 days. The customer service was excellent. I will shop here again.

Promo shipping

"So yesterday I ordered using there promo GIFTER for free shipping guaranteed before Christmas or the items are free! Found out on one of my gifts it wasn’t coming till after holidays customer service manager says that I should have chose expedited shipping for 5.99 so what’s the point of free shipping before Christmas and they won’t honor there free product if the item doesn’t show up before Christmas promo !!!!!! Bunch of bull now no Christmas gift or refund !!!"

Fanatics.com is amazing!!

"I got an email from Sonia, from Fanatics.com regarding my order. I had recently moved, and mistyped my new address. She let me know that I could contact her and she would fix it for me!! She got ahold of the sending company, changed my address, and my huge Christmas order got delivered!!
Thank you so much, Sonia...without your help I am sure my order would have been "lost" forever!!

Melina is wonderful

"We ordered a large order from Fanatics for our son for Christmas, due to poor packaging one item arrived completely shattered. I called asking for the item to be replaced and was told "it was out of stock" and they would not honor the sale price when it returned. Yet the item showed in stock on the webpage!!! Furthermore, I couldn't even get my refund back until the item arrived back at the location but had to wait 5 days for a return label to arrive! I hung up and called back and I spoke to a second person who transferred me directly to Melina who reviewed my order and promptly took care of everything. She expedited the claim and we are awaiting arrival of our replacement item. While I will likely never order from Fanatics again because of the customer service I received initially, Melina was amazing and is the only reason I did not post a horrible review all together! "

Product problem, excellent customer service

"Received a BB case but football base was included. Took 3 separate calls to find Andrea Mendoza. It was a pleasure to finally talk to an employee that didn't hang up, didn't follow up and sincerely cared about my problem. I was done with Fanatics.com until Andrea resolved my problem in a quick and professional manner.
Fanatics.com should make her style the company mantra for customer service in the future!
