"How can they justify an 11 day fulfillment window?
I ordered 2 sweatshirts for my grandsons on 11/16, chose and paid for the standard 5 to 7 days shipping. I wanted to give these to the kids on thanksgiving weekend, I just checked the FedEx tracking number and the order is not scheduled to arrive until 11/27.
I won't have anything for my grandkids. I called fanatics and they said sorry but could not do anything to improve the situation, the refunded the 4.99 shipping charges. Small favor.
Had they been honest and stated up front the delivery would take 11 days, I would never have given them my business."

"I received my autographed jersey and being a novice in the collectables arena, I inadvertently removed the authenticity sticker from the jersey. I immediately recognized my error when I read the enclosed card explaining the significance of the sticker. I was put in touch with Donna and she very professionally walked me through the steps necessary to get a replacement autographed jersey. I must admit that I was almost traumatized thinking it would take and act of Congress to get this resolved. To the contrary, Donna was able to assure me that my situation was correctable and that she would get back to me with the details. Within 24 hours, she had a response and indicated that a replacement jersey had bee requisition with a new authenticity sticker and I merely had to return the jersey in my possession with the label she included in her e-mail.
