Wow, never again!

"The best way for me to explain is to give the facts.
1/28/16 - I ordered 3 items for the superbowl that had huge red banners on the web page stating they would be shipped NO later than Feb 2. I knew I would be traveling so I paid for $25 for overnight shipping to my hotel to arrive on Feb 3.
2/3/16 - no package, web site says not shipped yet. I sent 4 emails to fanatics asking where they were and to cancel if not shipped that day as I would be leaving the hotel where they were being mailed.
2/5/16 - They actually shipped the items and I wrote an email immediately to tell them AGAIN I wasn't there as those items were supposed to be there on the 3rd.
2/5/16 - Marriott refused the items as I requested and fedex took them back.
2/6/16 - After numerous emails and phone calls they returned my money. STILL acted as if they were not in the wrong.
2/16/16 - I got two emails stating they received the returns AND they had shipped a replacement to the address and would be reversing the refund! What??!!
2/16/16 - I called, asked for supervisor, got Tim H., explained all of the above to him expecting a supervisor in a customer service agency would at least say he was very sorry for this, but nothing. He stated, that was a canned email, they did not replacement. Over and over he said just that, not sorry, nothing, no customer service skills at all anywhere in this company.
Never again!

"Fanatics website is trick and you need to pay double attention to not be cheated.
In a normal world websites show the expected DELIVERY date not expected SHIPMENT date.
I purchased an item on 12/15 with high expectation to receive it on 12/24, but then I found out that 12/24 was the shipment date and the actual delivery is scheduled to January 1st 2016.
I will never use this website again. Ever.

"Ordered a shirt for a last minute b-day gift from fanatics because I'd get free two-day shipping with my ShopRunner membership. Fanatics uses lasership, and according to tracking, they got the pkg and then for two weeks it was listed as missorted to incorrect delivery facility. I contacted fanatics about the order several times. First they offered $10 FanCash for a future order. Later they finally refunded my ordered. Oddly enough I was instructed that if the pkg ever arrives, I am expected to return it to them with their label (I've already spent a lot of time and effort to get the shirt by mail and having to shop for a b-day gift elsewhere, now I am expected to print a label and drop it off somewhere) OR to contact them to arrange re-payment! CS was also kind of slow to respond to emails. "

"Never again will I order from them. I ordered one item. A coffemug with a spoon. Three times it came in broken. First time I called I was disconnected and told i would have to repurchase the item if I wanted on time for Christmas. Spoke to a supervisor she sent me out another one for $10. Second time I called when it came in broken They refunded my money and said they would send a third free of charge. Third one comes in brown worse than any of them. Now they are sending out out a forth mug free of charge but who knows if that will be broken too. How the heck can you ship the same thing three times and send it broken?? What kind of pathetic company can't even mail one mug???"

"We had a package destroyed by FedEx Ground. Fanatics.com shipped us a replacement package next-day at no cost to us (for the replacement item or the shipping), despite the fact that it was the shipper's fault and not theirs. I was expecting to have to open a claim against FedEx, etc., but the whole situation was handled with a 5-minute live chat on their website."

"picked up a garnet authentic fsu jersey. thought I would get it within 3-5 days as I placed my order on a Monday. nope I was very wrong it took 3-4 weeks and worse part when I finally got the jersey it was so creased on the lettering and bubbling from not folding it properly. i called costumer service the lady i spoke to was actually really nice she sent out a new jersey right away. customer service department is great. the rest well... if im paying for one of the most expensive items you sell. i would expect it to be tookn care of with care."

"Horrible company. Please go somewhere else. Saving a few dollars is not worth the headache or loss of payment. I could tell you about all of their many constant mistakes with my order but Im sure you get the hint. Sad when a company cannot fix a very simple problem with a very understanding customer. "

"I placed my order on Dec. 10 for a specialty item. It said in red that because of it being a specialty item it wouldn't ship until the 15th. That's fine since it is 3 day shipping. I then get an email on the 17th from paypal saying I have a refund from fanatics. Never got an email nothing from Fanatics saying what was going on. I thought maybe it sold out because it was limited edition...nope I went on the website and the item was still available and stating it was "in stock". I called customer service and was on hold for 30 MINUTES!!!!! Then I was told that the item was never available and no one who ordered it was getting it. Really? then why do you still have it up on your website as available and in stock? He could not explain that to me. So now I am out a Christmas gift for my husband. I don't understand why they couldn't even email me explaining why I got a refund. VERY disappointed...will never use again."
