"We had a package destroyed by FedEx Ground. Fanatics.com shipped us a replacement package next-day at no cost to us (for the replacement item or the shipping), despite the fact that it was the shipper's fault and not theirs. I was expecting to have to open a claim against FedEx, etc., but the whole situation was handled with a 5-minute live chat on their website."

"We do virtually all of my online ordering from NewEgg now, and this order is a good example of why. My wife placed an order for an inexpensive item which did not work with my PC. When I called to return it, they offerred to refund our money and just let me keep the item! I don't know how they can offer customer service this good with such low prices."
