"I'm sorry to hear that some have had a bad experience. Mine has been excellent. I ordered the wrong filters for our GE refrigerator. The return/refund process was very easy. I received a message the next day that there was no need to return the filters. My PayPal account was credited with the refund, less the shipping charge, soon after. I'd already ordered the correct filters, and got word two days later that they have been shipped. Maybe my next experience won't be as good, but everything so far has made me a happy customer."

"I've been ordering from them for years. I get air filters for my AC and water filter for my refrigerator. They always have stock and they ship right away. I guess shipments are slow right now because of the Covid vaccine roll out because it took a while to get my order. Luckily I always order before I run out so it was not a problem.

"The girl I spoke to claimed the MMM filters which I had bought from you prior to this were in stock and so I paid for these with a US credit card. Somehow the funds from US were converted to Can. funds and were paid. Subsequently, since that time, I received 3 notices delaying my order for months and finally asking me to transfer my order to your brand. I was using the MMM brand for years and were excellent. I asked for my deposit back and received the funds in US dollars. Needless to say I lost $5 US in this transaction. The lesson about this transaction is the girl who answers the phone and takes the order is incompetant."
