"This company purports to provide filters periodically as you need them. They offer to let you schedule delivery. If only they would follow the schedule you set. Later as the unused filters pile up and you change the delivery interval they again don’t follow the altered schedule. So, with a closet full of filters try and eliminate your subscription. These charlatans make it as hard as possible to kill your account on the web. I could not find a way so I had to call my Credit Card issuer and refuse future payments. Do not use this business unless you have an insatiable need for filters. "

However, in my last order I received a damaged box (6 filters pack) which, to me, looked as if it was damaged in transit. I quickly received an apology and, after sending photos of the damage product, replacements filters. No problems, no hassles. I highly recommend FilterFast to anyone in need of filters."

"I had ordered what I thought was the same fridge filters I had been ordering since 2013 with Filters Fast. When the shipment came in, it looked totally different from the usual, especially the connectors. I tried to put it in the fridge, and it did not seem to fit, so I called your customer support. The person I talked to was as confused as me, but she thought I might have the wrong filter and canceled my old order and created a new one. But today, I received the exact same filters as before!! When I called again today, I talked to a more knowledgeable person in customer service, and she said the filter I had ordered in the past was no longer available, but that the filter I had ordered / canceled / reordered was supposed to be a direct replacement for the original. After the call, I tried to contact Kitchen Aid, at her suggestion, but when it became obvious that I was going to be hanging on waiting for a customer support agent forever, I went ahead and took a chance and forced the new filter into the fridge. The connectors are not tapered like the original, so it does not go in as smoothly, but it does work, so I apparently do have the correct replacement. The Kitchen Aid website shows the filter I received to be the correct one for my model. Thanks to the agent I talked to today for giving me the correct info on the filter. Also, kudos to your customer service dept. for having enough agents to quickly answer a call, as it is very unusual in this day and age. I will continue to order my filters from you, rather than mess with Kitchen Aid, just based on the difference in time to get to someone to talk to that I observed today."
"I ordered filters on a Tuesday. The following week I called for shipment information and they said this was not a stock item and it would ship Friday(9 days after I ordered). The following week I called on Wednesday and they informed me they should ship on Thursday(this is 13 business days after I placed my order). DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!"
"I was never told my shipment would be delayed yet they still charged my card. I took the initiative and called to see what was going on and found out that it wasn't even shipped yet. I then proceeded to cancel my order within the same phone. I received an email days later that my order would be delayed and a day after got another email saying that order was shipped and heading to me. Still didn't get my order cancelled nor my money back, therefore called AGAIN, the person was rude and not helpful, told me she can refund me price of the filters but not for shipping. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she put me on hold forever who ended up not being there. I then called back again, and was told that this person couldn't do anything about it and I proceeded to ask to speak to a supervisor. No luck. Before calling again, I got a message from my PayPal account that I received a refund from filter fast. I will NEVER do business here again and definitely NOT recommend to friends/family. "

Then shipped to wrong address, returned to FF and I had to call FedEx and FF customer support. Requested Expedited shipping due to the screw up and they said they would have someone call back within 2 days. Nope, never called. Cancelled and will never deal with them again. There is no mention of this Data Breach on the FiltersFast.com web site. In addition to lack of security controls in their data center or their 3rd party data center, they have also shown a lack of character by this lack of transparency"
"I placed an order for 12 filters and subscribed to their auto-delivery service to receive more filters every 12 months. The order pages displayed the full price including their built-in 10% discount for ordering with the subscription service, free shipping and sales tax. I should not that there is a details link next to the "subscription" offer on their site which pops up a colorful advertisement for their subscription service very bluntly advertising that the subscription service includes a 10% discount and ALWAYS free shipping. After entering my credit card information and double-checking the amount to be charged, I approved and submitted the order. On the confirmation screen that then appeared, it was immediately evident that they did not charge the price shown prior to approving payment. After approving payment, they reduced the subscription discount and recalculated sales tax incorrectly. I notified their customer service email (which in and of itself is not easy to find) of the error. 3 days later, I received a highly negligent response from "Matt" indicating that free shipping can't be combined with their subscription discount per their terms of service. They didn't even bother addressing my report of incorrect sales tax calculations. There are so many things wrong with this I don't even know where to start. First, the sales rep who responded was apparently completely unaware of their single most prominently advertised service on the site and social media - which is the subscription service providing 10% off and free shipping. Second, in reading their terms and conditions, free shipping is literally the first sentence of their terms and is clearly indicated as a basic feature of their site and not a "promotion," nor is it in any way excluded from compatibility with the terms and conditions for their auto-delivery subscription service. Horrible company. "
"Products not as advertised. They keep your money and hope you don't notice the order never was shipped. Notices were sent saying the item is on back-order and will come in two weeks although months go by with no delivery. They send messages saying product was delivered, but not true. It takes them seconds to charge your account but weeks to supply a refund after keeping your money for several months."
