"On fireCraft's website, it suppose to take only 1-2 days to ship from their warehouse to NY, where I live. The shipping company called to schedule a delivery but on that day, they found that they had a wrong address, and the grill I ordered went to Virginia. It was a Thursday and I did not hear from neither firecraft nor the shipping company next three days, no emails, no phone calls. I called the shipping company on Monday morning and they need a tracking number, for which i have to call firecraft first. The custom service was polite and after heard my story and saw my order was at a wrong place, he gave me the tracking number but offered nothing else. Once I got the tracking number and called the shipping company again, they say that they need to contact firecraft for an approval of re-routing charge. I then called firecraft again and this time the customer service said that he was going to call the shipping company to approve the charge. So after 8 days and half a dozen phone calls I am still waiting. I will never order from firecraft again. I should've just moved my ass to a local Lowe's. "
