But when the grill box arrived damaged (I did not order one with the optional fork lift prong hole), that is when they really shined. A few pictures to document the damage and I was assured within hours that all would be made right. They worked out everything with Napolean and the carrier and within a week a new grill arrived (no extra holes) and the damaged one was taken back.

I love patronizing small businesses and it was refreshing to have my emails answered within a few hours by the same person every time.

I checked FireCraft out on the BBB before I decided to take a chance with them and I can say they do deserve their high rating. I was so pleased, I bought a grill cover from them, even though I could have bought the same for just a few dollars less elsewhere. They have earned my custom and I know where I will be going if I need more accessories!
