"Contacted the team at Fire craft for information on my pellet grille and what sauces to try. They responded quickly on the phone and immediately asked me questions on my BBQ habits and experience. Upon quickly answering their questions they guided me through the process of making sense of all the sauces that are available. In each case they used personal experience in guiding me and actually gave me some great hints on combining sauces to make a great pork rib sauce (Blues Hog regular and Tennessee Red combined-amazing!). Upon placing my order the process went as smooth as possible with me receiving emails as my shipment made it to my home in Colorado.
The experience i had with Fire Craft was simply outstanding. There is no way a large "internet giant" that sells a little of everything could possibly match the personal experience I had with these guys. This is what shopping should be like all the time.
