"They were out of stock on the PG500 when I ordered it on June 10th. They gave me an expected ship date that the grill might ship by the 28th, but I got the grill way before they told me I would originally. I explained that it was a combination Anniversary present, Fathers Day Present and Birthday present and asked if they could possibly get it here before my birthday. Well, it arrived at 10 AM this morning, June 22nd, and by 1 PM I had it on my deck, set up, and started burning it in. I had some St. Louis Ribs I was going to cook this weekend when I thought I might have the grill. My wife sent me a text and said whats for dinner. So I went to YouTube to look at Fast Eddy making ribs on the PG500 then reset the grill for 275 as Fast Eddy suggested. I quickly coated the ribs with Brown Sugar and my rib seasoning while the grill came up to temp. I got the ribs on a little after 3 PM and took them off at 7 PM. My wife says best ribs ever, and I have put out some pretty good ribs over the years. They are tender, juicy, and flavorful with a good bite.
The ease of setting up the grill, resetting for lower or higher temps and cooking on this grill is a real treat. In a few words: Drop dead simple to use... My wife and I own a couple of businesses and our driving principle is - Knock your socks off service. So take it from me the service I got has been first class... I have to repeat it: I cannot say enough about FireCrafts service. They were just great to work with. Everything about this purchase and this product is simply First Class.

"Still waiting for the grill. I have emailed several times, they are responsive, but with little to no helpful information. According to their website, they have most everything in stock and ships the same day. Unfortunately, at least in my case, they did not have the grill in stock.
They processed the order quickly, tapped my credit card quickly, but alas the most important part to me, sending my product is still waiting, 9 days and counting..."
