"The box with 4 bags of Rockwood charcoal lump was beat up really bad. The box had been retaped a lot. Bags had charcoal dust everywhere. Catalog at the bottom of the box was covered in charcoal dust. Might try shrink wrapping each bag. I have not open the bags yet to really see how bad the contents are. The second box was fine and some dust from something else because it was jack Daniels wood chucks. I had ordered before and the box of lump was fine. This time not so good. "
