Based on the shipping dates in the email I had expected my product to have arrived by now alas is hasn't. I then looked on your website to find the status of my order, couldn't find it so I had to call in. Down to 3 stars now, update the shipping status on your website, I ordered online I dont want to have to call for order status.
So the rep I talked to, very kind, professional, great service (him alone, 5 stars) unfortunately he had to tell me all the components of my order were ready to ship except the magnetic mount, hardly a necessity for a digiQ. He agreed to ship the rest of my order and will ship the bracket separate in a week or 2 when it's available. My order was held an additional week and would Have been held 1-2 more because a bracket wasn't in stock? Come on, if you want my repeat business or more important my recommendation with fellow competition cooks you have to do better than that
