"Ordered a cookshack smoker. It was suppose to be delivered by wednesday the week before Thanksgiving. By that Tuesday I had no tracking number. I called and they looked into it and found it was setup to be drop shipped from the manufacturer and not till 11/30. Firecraft was getting their shipment that Friday. They changed the order and got me my smoker before Thanksgiving, which I wanted. So I am very pleased with their service. I've ordered from them before and never had an issue."

"All items were received in good condition, however this is largely attributable to luck. I ordered a Smoke EZ kit as well as a thermometer and grill grate. Rather than pack everything in a new larger box, or in separate boxes, FireCraft cut open the Smoke EZ box, shoved the other items inside, then sloppily taped the box back together. When it arrived on my porch, the box was barely still together and I'm amazed none of the contents were damaged."
