"I exclusively use Rockwood charcoal for grilling and cannot get it locally. I have ordered FireCraft numerous times. Your service is prompt and excellent. My only concern is that I have never received an order without at least one bag broken open in transport, which means charcoal dust coating all bags in the shipment. Perhaps you could ship in heavier packaging.

"Perhaps my disappointment should be with the manufacturer, but the reviews of the smokette that I bought emphasized that it would hold 25# of meat, but when I received it I found that it is so small, and the shelves are configured so closely together that I can't smoke nearly as much as I used to in my old Smoke Vault. Plus, it is so close to the ground that it is almost impossible to set up and clean. I then bought a $400 stand to put it on (though probably would have gotten a bigger one for the extra money to begin with) and by then had already had also spent $130 extra for a flimsy cover that now will not even cover the unit I have. I simply wish Firecraft had been more specific and candid in its description, not just hyped glowing points."
