However, I didn't receive the add-on module until several days later. This was slightly frustrating, but I was able to make do. After talking with the support representative, I found out that the modules come from a distributor. I would probably use them again, but be warned that if you need anything besides the appliance, it may take a few more days to get to you."

I was given the incorrect activation code for my firewall security services and I couldn't fully install and configure this device for my clients this weekend and now have to make a second trip back out there which is an inconvenience for me. Also, firewalls.com doesn't have any weekend support which can be a pretty big problem. "
