Consistent quality service, with dedicated staff who have gone above and beyond to help my small business for many years now!

"By good fortune I was directed to Firewalls.com by a colegue as being a good value. While I very much appreciate their lower prices, they have won me as a customer by providing a level of service no other reseller has ever come close to. I will not detail what they did that was so amazing as I don't want everyone to expect the level of help I received. But I would say if your truly in a bad spot, and they are able to help, your issues chances of being resolved in a quick manner has the best chance of being resolved by this team!!! And if your able to get Troy Nelison as your contact there, keep his info in a safe place!!! It just really feels good to have a solid vendor who is not out to get every dollar you while pushing you aside after the money hits their account. A refreshing change, and personal service, with respect and actual help when really needed!!!

Good Porduct but hard to get follow through

"THey have been very good in past years but when I needed to upgrade equipment, it took 5 phone calls to finnish selecting and purchasing a new firewall and services. I was chasing them to make a purchase."
