"The FFO website worked well and the selection of products was very good. These features were instrumental in my finding exactly the right exercise equipment (a leg press machine in this case) that I needed. The one area in which FFO let me down was in shipping information. When I hadn't heard anything for a few days and contacted them by email and they replied with the wrong carrier information. I of course had no luck tracking the shipment and phoned FFO. Although they were very nice guys, it was only after several such calls and many hours on the phone with the incorrect shipper and the equipment manufacturer that FFO corrected their mistake. From there things went smoothly."

"I placed an order and Saturday and my card was charged. I received a confirmation via email and said I would receive a ticket within 3-5 business days typically. I waited 7 business days and then went to create a ticket which was recommended in the first email from them if I had not seen any further information. The link provided was a bad link to a page that didn't exist any longer. I checked my credit card and it was credited back the amount on the order. I was never contacted about there being a problem with the order or that it was canceled. I emailed asking for an update yesterday and never received any information. Obviously I will not recommend anyone to the site. "

“Not sure how you can be upset.. The product you ordered clearly says we do not ship it to the West Coast which is where you live. We refunded the order the very next day and sent you an email letting you know we didn't ship there which I can only imagine is sitting in your spam folder so you assume we didn't contact you when we did.

So we've done absolutely nothing wrong and now have this bad review to deal with.”

"The product I ordered was on backorder but I got it ahead of the estimated time that was given to me. The box was in great shape and even though the freight driver didn't call ahead as asked he waited for me to sign off the day it was promised. Great service and great prices!"

"Ordered PowerTec work bench complete gym for $1229. Two weeks for delivery when I went to set it up a major part for bench pressing station was deffective and not operable. I called customer service and spoke to Troy and was told to take a picture of the part and email it to him and he will pass it along to PowerTec. I follow through with Troy 3 days later and was told all I could do is wait could take a month or more thats just how PowerTec is. For a company as good as FitnessFactortoutlet I would not deal with a Company with such terrible customer service,it reflects bad on them since it was purchased through there company. Totaly not a good look for them."

I am so sorry the part was manufactured incorrectly but I have done every thing a dealer can do. Dealers don't stock parts (no dealers) and you need to work directly with the manufacturer to get parts. Ive gone out of my way to get the ball moving on that for you and I will continue to hound them until you are taking care of.
When I told you it could take a month I was just being honest, How would telling you anything else have helped the situation.”

"Fitness Factory outlet has the best customer service in any business. I called and spoke with REAL PEOPLE who seemed eager to help me, and less worried about mumbling some 5 minute long pre-written company "welcome" banner. They adapted to my specific need and had a personality. Also, the equipment came very quick for its size and everything is working great. "
