"If you are coming on to this site like I was to see how difficult it is to cancel, my advice is to use the chat on their website. I got to it through the FAQ about cancelling. They will hit you up for a $30 box to keep going, but overall it took like 2 minutes vs. phone wait time that was apparently "over twenty minutes." Pretty painless really. More painless than wearing a T-shirt that has a zipper pocket on it, anyway. "
"I saw this store on a commercial one day and decided it would be nice to get some new clothes from the packages every month. I figured I would keep getting as long as I liked the clothes I was receiving. The first package was pretty good and I really like the pants that came with it, so I decided I'd go another month.
The 2nd package came in a few days ago and the clothes just really weren't for me. I figured okay, i'll just return them and get my money back or get some store credit and get something else from there that i would like more. Well, it turns out you can't return clothes from the packages even if you don't like them! That is outrageous. Imagine going into Macy's and getting a bag of clothes for $60 and not being able to return them if you didn't like what you got. I immediately called and told them to cancel my membership and told them I would never shop with them again. They basically stole $60 dollars from me and now i'm stuck with clothes I don't want. I guess i'll donate them or something
One thing is for sure, I would never recommend this place to anyone and I definitely will never buy anything from them again."
"To start, this service doesn't let you choose your color preferences. Which I admit was my fault for not realizing. I ended up getting clothes I would never wear. Ever. They had the option to "swap" what you didn't like. So I did. The package arrived, and was missing 2 items. I requested those 2 items to be resent and it took 3 weeks. They were not even the same items missing from the package. They ended up being DUPLICATES of the worst button down on the face of the earth. The bonus package arrived and it was full of the same ugly clothing. I don't think it is too much to ask that I am able to select "black & grey" only during curating my style. I ended up with blue and pink button downs and some terrible looking long sleeves that look like they are for woman. The only good thing I got from this service was a single pair of pants. Not worth $60 by any means. Stay away at all costs. The only easy part was closing my account through Live Chat services. Thank god for that."
"I had the service for four months. The first package was pretty great. Dope clothes and good fits. But every pack after that had some kind of issue. I kept trying to work with their customer service to get some kind of resolution, but the most they were willing to do was send me the same clothes in a different size. I just wanted to return it. The clothes were honestly ok at best. I got a jacket that I really love, then a bunch of poorly made wannabe fashion crap that I HATE. I finally decided to cancel and they convinced me to stay another month with a discount. But when I got my next pack they sent me a jacket WAY too small and for the wrong gender. WHEN YOU SIGN UP YOU PUT IN YOUR SIZE AND GENDER HOW DID THEY **** THAT UP?! When I tried to talk to their customer service all I got was "We are a non-refund company" No resolution at all. They took my money and sent me something I can't use. **** FIVEFOUR. I will literally tell everyone with ears how much I hate this company. "
"While their advertising sounds enticing - it is a gimmick. Sign up for $60 and we will send you $120 worth of food. 3 of the 4 items I received were immediately provided to goodwill. I can't get over the quality of this product - I would equate it to a flea market where all the leftovers of Chinese labor markets are pieced together for sale. Just sad. NO RETURN POLICy. "
"When i tried to cancel my account they literally did everything to not cancel it.
1. they told me to cancel before 3/15 to avoid a re bill, so i canceled on 3/9 and the girl told me februrary would be my last month
2. WRONG, 7 days later i received a new package and a 60 dollar fee on my mastercard
3. I asked for the labels to return. They sent me some random dudes name on it
4. I asked for a new label. They didnt send it, told me to check my spam. Like i was 65 and didnt know how to do that.
5. They finally sent it, and i shipped back. Got the fedex return on 4/11.
6. Did not get me refund, talked to these retards again through the chat, told me on 4/14 I would get the refund in 24 hours
7. here i am on 4/23, NO REFUND. I will keep up my crusade, since it was never about a mesily $60. More so that i think their goal is to do everything possible not to refund you."

"I gave five four a try along with a couple other groups. The first package had some good items. The second package was low quality clothing. I contacted Five Four to cancel and they offered me the next month at half price and stated they would have a new designer so the clothing would be much better. I decided to give it one more shot to see what the new designer brought to the table. New packed showed up from new designer and it was low quality clothing again. So i contacted them to cancel again and was met with an offer to stay but I stayed firm and stated no that I wanted to cancel. The individual from Five Four said my account would be closed so we are good. Unfortunately end of may i received another package even after cancelling in February 9 days before the billing cut off date. Once again I contacted Five Four and told them that I was billed again and sent a package that I did not want. The gentleman proceeded to tell me that he didn't have any documentation of me cancelling my account but he could close it now. I asked for a refund and a return label for the unopened package and was told that there would not be any refund since this cancellation was after the billing date. Was told to enjoy my new clothing package and was asked if there was anything else that i could be helped with. Of course at this time i was **** about being charged for something i didn't want so i yelled at the guy and told him this was poor customer service and fraudulent billing. He stated their company deals with this kind of thing everyday and they have attorneys on staff to take care of these kinds of things. Will never do business with this company again.
I've been using Trendy Butler which is around the same price and have been extremely happy with their product. They also have a return policy where you can return one item each month for style issues. This is not something that Five Four will allow you to do. So if your looking to try something out like this i strongly recommend going over to Trendy Butler or one of the other groups out there and avoid Five Four at all cost."
"Customer service phone number doesn't even work I call them seven 7 between 9:30 am pacific, which is what their own website and their emailing services advertises when you try getting in touch with I've been calling them to cancel my membership with no avail right now I'm on my way to my ban to ask the bank to get my money back from and alert the bank that this company is a scam. "Ive been a member for over 2 years now and had NO promlems with the service. All of the complaints here seem like you didnt know what Five Four was all about. For $60 not sure what you should really expect? Ive received shirts, jackets, jeans, shirts, hoodies that all fit well and are great quality especially for $60.
All of my interactions with their customer service team has been quick and easy. I did have a delay with one of my exchanges, but it wasn't the end of the world.
All in all I give the service a 9/10 especially for the price and convenience. "

"I gave this a try and the cheapest ugliest clothes that did not fit were sent to me. You can exchange for a different size but not style and that's only after you get a one time authorization. After that you can be stuck with whatever garbage they send you. The quality is below Walmart standards. Customer service **** and is not very helpful. Stay away and save your money. "

I called in and got it all confirmed--- and they billed me again the following month -- I called in again (held forever) the actual person is friendly, but said they had a "billing system error on their end" and I could either keep the package for half off or go to the post office and mail it back for a complete refund. "The first box was good. It was worth the money but then the boxes of clothes became lighter and lighter.. I was paying $60 to get just one shirt and a light jacket. I am not a clothing expert but i dont think this was value for my money.
Where they completely **** me off was their customer service. The process to cancel the subscription was very painful. They made it painful by asking me to call and then asking me to chat from within their account. Their support rep did not even respond to my messages. It took me 30 mins to get them to cancel my account."
