Stay away, not worth it

"I tried to like Five Four Club. I gave it two months before contacting Five Four to cancel. Almost everything they sent me was on low quality, and very ugly. They sent me a button down shirt that had five differ plaid patterns. It literally looked like they found random fabrics on the floor and sewed them together. I reached out to cancel and they offered a half price box twice. Still nothing worth wearing. Of the 5 boxes I got, I ended up wearing 1 pair of jeans, one zip up and one pair of socks. EVERYTHING else was either thrown out or donated. Most everything was of low quality as well. Stay away! "

Bad fit, poor quality, hard to cancel

"Clothes were pretty bad quality.

Canceling was even worse. You have to call to cancel your subscription, but it's only between the 9 and 5 when you can cancel. So most people are at work during that time. They won't let you cancel through email, nor will they create an online option to cancel like most other subscriptions. The customer is not in control, they are. They don't care about their customer, just their money. Bad business model.

Low quality, bad fits, and just overall boring clothing

"Button ups are regular fit, no way to select slim or modern. Once you tuck them in you look like you have an air pump in your shirt. Arm holes are generally oversized and cause the shirt to untuck if you do basically any motion. Once I get it tailored it will be an OK shirt.

T-shirts I received were a very odd cut. One felt like it was was sewn backwards, completely unwearable.

I liked the black pants I received, but easily could have got the same quality from a department store for the same price.

Sunglasses they sent were horrible. Style was enough to make you sick and they were terribly crooked.

Can't return anything also.

Bottom line, it's not $120 worth of clothing for $60. It's $40 worth of clothing for $40 plus $20 shipping.

No choice No class Shopping

"I followed a link on Facebook stating I would get $240 worth of clothes for only $60. Wow! I thought, Great, I am always looking for a great new style at a great price. When I received the package, I was immediately disappointed. I received a plain blue long sleeved shirt, dark blue jeans, a 5 pack of socks and a pair of sunglasses.

The first thing I noticed is that everything is their own brand. This was not disclosed in the membership agreement, nor was I given a choice from their line of clothing on my order and the quality is worse than what I would find at ANY store that I shopped.

The blue shirt was thin and would have to be worn in layers to keep me warm and I purchased a much thicker one recently at Walmart for about $5.

The jeans, although waist is correct, the length was way off so I have to roll them up or alter them.

The socks although colorful, I find similar at Dollar Tree in style and quality.

Finally, the sunglasses are nice. They have an MSRP of $75. . .. .. I laugh again as I would never pay more than $10 for a pair of sunglasses.

No problem, I thought. . .. . I will simply return them. Oops! not disclosed on initial ordering, there are NO RETURNS except for another size.

I called as I could never find the "live chat" button on the website and found out I had already been billed and the shipment sent for another month. Now I am in $120 for clothes that I will wear, because that's a lot of money, but will not enjoy.

It's tough, my man

"At first I was like far sure I'm going to be balls deep into this five four, I even convinced one of coworkers at PF Changs to join with me. We are a couple of 1, 2 cheat2 fingers, huh, does that make sense?

Anyway, we thought we needed to dress like we drove Royals Royse, but we got honey dicked by the quality. It lacked in the detail department and in a perfect storm also the work ethic was lacking.

"They are awful. sent wrong sizes and told me to go to a tailor. 15 day exchange policy, why would anyone accept this these days. One of the worst buying experiences of my life and i buy a lot online. "

Great!

"I really like this service. I don't always get things that in would choose for myslef, but I always end up loving them anyways. I am pretty skeptical and keep waiting for them to disappoint and it hasn't happened in 2.5 years. Most of the items from that first box have held up pretty well too! Early on I had a problem with a lost shipment...I emailed and they hooked me up with a new stuff and some extras that day..awesome! I recently took 6 months off and canceling was pretty simple, just a 5 min web chat...I just signed back up (after going through my closet and realizing all my favorite stuff is 54...) and couldnt wait to get this box!"

I should have done my research!!!!!!!!!!

"I just received my first Five Four Club package today. I signed up for a deal where I get double the amount of clothes. They some what let you pick your style and colors...I picked dark muted colors. What I got was 4 items 2 grey 1 white and one black. Not quite what I was expecting and the quality does not look to spectacular.

Had I researched this company beforehand I would not have pulled the trigger. I feel like I flushed $60 down the toilet.

THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL ON YOUR OWN, YOU NEED TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. THEY INTENTIONALLY MAKE IT DIFFICULT AS A TACTIC, WHICH IS CUSTOMER SERVICE NO NO #1. SELF SERVICE IS THE IN THING.

WTF

"Well, my son joined before I could read up on this. First, why would anyone buy clothing that couldn't be returned for a refund. It is more normal than not that a cut isn't right and that has nothing to do with size.
Second, what could one possibly expect for $60?!? it is pure junk, not worth what it costs to mail it to a poor trusting consumer.
This stuff is cheap cheap cheap. Do yourself a favor, go to Target. The quality is better and so is the customer service. Wish there was a rating lower than 1

Not worth it

"Had a coupon code for $30 off first order. Received a thin cotton t shirt and an ugly thin, made in china, camo bomber jacket. Both items probably worth $15 combined. Went to cancel and could tell the customer service rep "Jennifer" didn't care if I cancelled or not. Also took almost three weeks to ship my order after ordering it."

Not Quality

"Same as everyone else has been saying. The selection is lame (t-shirts, socks, hats), the clothes are all made in china, and they send shirts at the end of the season. It is like they don't care that I am a customer. I rate my package and so they send even worse clothes next time. Or I try to exchange because they don't fit and It is this whole process that customer service takes forever to get back to you. "

Horrible clothes: waaaay uglier than the examples, horrible fit, cheaper-than-walmart-quality. No returns even on the first order, they don't care.

Worst than Time Warner Cable

"I don't even know where to start. Canceling is harder than going to the DMV to get a new license, clothes progressively got worse month to month. Imagine a website where you can't just deactivate your account because they don't do "future cancellations" I was told by a supervisor on the phone. Whole thing is a joke, there are way better ones out there than this, do not even try it, waste of time and money. They refuse to refund me for this "last month" because it is past the 10th and refuse to take the clothes back an exchange even though it was their screw up. I don't understand why we can't give zero stars, they are literally worth nothing."
