"i wanted to say i am pleased with they refund
i ordered something it ended up in another country and after almost a year i complained and they assisted me well...
i just wanted to thank them for that"
"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS !
I placed an order on the 14th Jan (I live in Australia), Later the same day I received an email requesting payment verification which I immediately responded to.
On 15th Jan acknowledgement of the verification was noted.
I did not hear anything else until the 20th Jan, When I received shipping confirmation. By now the processing time had exceeded the 1-3 day turn around time specified on the web site even AFTER payment verification was noted.
I immediately emailed customer service to query the shipping notification as the tracking # was listed as "RETURNS" & shipping method was "exception shipping". "Returns" is obviously not a valid USPS tracking number and the shipping method should of been listed as "International shipping" not "exceptions. In my email I clearly stated that I had concerns the parcel was labeled incorrectly and would not reach me.
On the 21st Jan a rep named "Ashley K" responded to my email to advise the parcel was sent out via USPS and should be received in 7 - 10 days, Although "Ashley K" was still unable to provide VALID USPS tracking info.
On the 26th Jan. I received an email from foot locker to advise "my customer return" was received and they were processing a credit for the purchase minus the shipping !?!?
So it appears when I initially queried the questionable tracking details and shipping method "Ashley K" never bothered to investigate the issue even when I (THE CUSTOMER) could clearly see potential problems with the order.
I AGAIN had to contact Foot Lockers "Customer Service" (I use that term lightly) and explain the situation.
A rep named "Amanda G" responded and advised a further credit of $58.77 would be raised (the shipping cost).
Although I am pleased the shipping credit has been raised, I am not out of pocket & I no longer have to deal with this incompetent retailer, I'm slightly bewildered that "Amanda G" tried to justify the processing delays blaming the payment verification although the delays occurred AFTER the verification was complete.
Further more she stated in her reply to me that the first rep "Ashley K" acted appropriately as they had "no reason to suspect issues with the order".
Even though it was so obviously clear to me that there was a problem with shipping of the order & I took the time to contact "customer service" in an attempt to resolve the then potential shipping issue.
So apparently being complacent and not investigating a customers concern thoroughly is "acting appropriately " if your employed at Foot Locker.
Add on the processing delays, an inability to send out a parcel then issuing a credit which falls $58.77 short of the invoiced amount and you can see why I will never use this online retailer again.

"I bought a pair of shoes at the 14th St in Manhattan just to find out that the same pair of shoes cost 30 dollars less at their website. While I understand the price difference when it comes to online shopping, I think this discrepancy is way too high for a product sold by the same retailer. I would not buy anything again at any Foot Locker store before checking their website, actually I might not buy anything at all after dealing with their customer service."
"Ordered shoes, sent wrong shoes, would not pay to ship back. Told us to go to the retail store and return, but they would not refund, called customer service said they was going to refund us on the spot, three weeks later still no refund. Have to get my credit card company to file a CLAIM. Do not recommend buying anything from this company."
"ordered a hat on august 1st, it shipped 2 days later. The price was a steal and shipping price was very reasonable. I received the correct item of the correct size, and i received an email notifying me when the item shipped; HOWEVER, i did NOT receive a tracking number. This troubles me when the item was shipped via purolator; a courier. The website also does NOT indicate which shipping carrier they use for international shipping. I only found out by first phoning footlocker and asking. Their customer service was pleasant and helped answer my question."
"footlocker is running a scam online. They intentionally mislead you by listing product that they don't have and then sending you something else when you order it and hoping you will keep it instead, if not then you have to wait almost a month to get your money back. I ordered puma speed cat 2.9 in red as listed on their website and they sent me black instead after calling them, they now confess they don't have the red color and said the website has not update yet. it's been months now and the red color is still showing up on their website. don't trust them."
"Ordered a set of Terra Plana Evo's. Size was a bit too big. Easy to return. Refunded promptly back to my credit card. Thanks!"
"Foot Locker did not honor my gift card. When I called customer service they told me it was too old. (For what it's worth, I received the card 6 months ago.) Regardless of the fine print on the back of the card, it's hard to see this as anything other than a money grab."
"I ordered two items from FootLocker, 1 large and 1 x-large. I received 2 x-large. I emailed them and they told me to ship it back and they'll send a replacement. Everything turned out great in the end. I'm satisfied."
"I placed an order for 3 items. A large Jordan Dream Team Jersey, a team USA shirt, and a rubber team USA bracelet. When it came the first two products were too big. I called ahead and checked if product was in stock. The customer service representative said yes so I went to the post office to return it that day. Now I received an email telling me its out of stock and I'm going to receive a credit. I spent 52 dollars and received 31 dollars in credit. I would not have returned the products if I knew they were out of stock. I ended up paying 20 dollars for a 5 dollar bracelet. I will never use footlocker again. I will never trust them again. I will never use any company affiliated with footlocker. The second customer service representative was rude too."
"I placed an order for a pair of New Balance 480 Limited Edition Comic shoes size 11. I received them in a brown box - not the shoe box. This may seem like something trivial to some people - but when i pay 100$+ for a pair of limited edition shoes i want the box. Plain and simple. I called and they said they send them as the manufacturer sends them to them. I don't beleive they didnt receive the shoe box. They told me there was nothing they could do to get me the box. They told me to call local footlocker stores but none had any, nor had ever heard of them, and couldn't order them. The second time i called to complain they told me i had to purchase a different size (they had no more size 11) and send the 11.5 back in the brown box, assuming i even got the real box with my second order. It would then take 3 weeks to credit my refund. Even then the guy said he wasnt sure if this would solve the problem, and wasnt even sure if i could return the 11.5's in the size 11 box. If a company cant even send me the shoes in the original box, i want nothing to do with them. I am sending the shoes back tomorrow and getting them elsewhere."
"They shipped an expensive coat and hat to me, and the shipper somehow misdelivered the package. So I figured I'd have a long battle to at least get my money back.
However footlocker said it wasn't a problem, they marked the package "lost" and then very swiftly sent me a free replacement order with no hassles. I'd highly recommend them and thank them for the nice experience."
"I ordered some basketball shoes from Footlocker.com. I've purchased lots of shoes from other online shoes stores. First, the shoes took 11 days to arrive after supposedly being in stock. Second, the shoes were a full size smaller than normal. They include a postage paid return label BUT the postage is later deducted from the refund unless an exchange is selected. I chose the option to return the shoes at the nearest Footlocker store BUT, as the footlocker salesperson at the counter explained, they simply ship it back out to the warehouse and you have to wait at least 2 weeks for the refund to be reflected! "
"My purchase was with Lady Foot Locker via Amazon.com . Meh... They sent me the wrong size and it took sooooooo long to get delivered to me. At least they included a paid return slip and responded to a return request via email within a couple days. Won't be using Lady Foot Locker again though."
"I ordered a pair of puma sandals from footlocker - following their posted guidelines for international sizing. Well, it turned out to be a full size off, so I returned them for an exchange. They ended up refunding a portion of my money without notifying me of it. They also refunded me an amount that was too small, even less than their "policy". They also reduced the price of the sandals after I had bought them, and my refund was still less than that amount. Footlocker has my invoice # and all that stuff if they want to make a case of it."
