"I had heard good things about Frames Direct so I thought I would give them a try. The person I spoke with was pleasant and efficient and sent a confirmation email right away. I was asked to send in my prescription via email or fax and shortly after sending it I received a phone call confirming the prescription. That was a plus in my mind. The glasses arrived in about two weeks and I was pleased with the fine workmanship of the lenses and the frames. The frames were a little small for my big head, but they seem to fit fine. The frame I chose takes the blame as they did not come in a bigger size and I ordered the largest they had. The center of the lens is set a little high but a doctor friend said I needed to adjust to a different frame style. I have worn these lenses for about two weeks and I have adjusted to them. Everyone compliments me on the new look as the frames are completely round and are so different from what everyone else is wearing. I took the glasses to Lens Crafters for a minor adjustment and they were so unhelpful because I did not buy the glasses there. I would recommend Frames Direct as they do provide good service and a fairly fast response and delivery time."

"I ordered a pair of polarized Rx Ray Bans from FramesDirect. The sunglasses came warped, so I had to go to local eyeglass shop to get them readjusted. Also, polarized lenses for Rx aren't very dark -- in fact, I still squint when I'm driving. Not as pleased as I could have been for the money I spent."
