Making Dinner Great Again

"My meals always come extremely well packed, and tgey stay cokd even if I am not home when they arrive. I appreciate the recyclable packaging and instructions. All the meals I've had taste like restaurant quality. It is so nice to have a few meals a week to take the pressure off of having to plan. shop and prepare something. "

Awesome food - healthy, lots of options and tastes great!

"We commute 220 miles a day to work so cooking when we get home just isn't usually an option. We tried Freshly several months ago and it is an absolute life saver for us. The food is healthy, tastes great, has lots of options for us to choose from, even with our dietary restrictions!!! The meals are just the right size, even for my husband :) I usually find a set of ones we like and just stick with those, added and deleting here and there based on new things that come out seasonally. We do the 6 meals per week and it perfectly supplements our lunch and dinner needs and it keeps us from eating out so much, which helps both our pocket book and or waistlines. Absolutely love the food and the service. In all the months we've had it coming (8-10 months now I think) I can only remember contacting service 1 time and they handled the issue professionally and quickly. I would recommend this service to everyone."

Prompt and active service when I was unclear in cutoff time

"I had thought I had a few hours to pick new meals because eastern time was listed as the cutoff and I’m in California.

My Customer Service rep was Von and even through I had ended the chat realizing the time difference and accepting that i could just get the same meals again, they made sure to reach out quickly and paused my subscription in order for me to pick new options. I accidentally restored my subscription thinking I could choose and then emails saying this with my chosen options just in case. My account was updated with my choices.

This service was prompt, polite and 100% effective.

Pheter was fantastic!

"I had an issue with the app not synching my updated meal selections so I reached out to customer service and Pheter told me that it happens and not to worry, he will credit my account for the meal that didn't update. The more I use Freshly, the more I enjoy it. I truly hope there's a lot more meal options in the near future to keep things....'Fresh' ;) "

Prompt refund for damaged shipment

"I reached out to Freshly on their website to request a refund for a shipment which was damaged by the carrier the previous week. Within 20 minutes, Shem followed up with an email issuing a refund and in-store credit on my next order. Friendly, prompt customer service. Thanks!"

Essential Worker

"I found that in our trying global pandemic that I wasn’t taking care of what I needed to most, me. While running. Errands and helping others at work, my meals had become that of fast food and sleep. Finding Freshly is a life saver. I have spent less money on food, that is good as well as healthy. Giving me for time with my family - thank you freshly for your wonderful service "

Convenient, Healthy, and Delicious

"Freshly meals are delivered right to my door, ready to eat. They are healthy and delicious! Now I grab a healthy Freshly meal out of the frig., instead of driving through for a fast-food meal. Freshly truly cares about their customers and is always quick to respond to questions. They send informative updates about their products and have overcompensated me when I have had a rare issue with delivery."
