"I loved the food, but, having had a previous stroke, after my first order, I found that the salt, fat, and carb content exceeded my minimal, medically-allowable, daily intake. Oliver M. so graciously assisted me in closing my Freshly account, after having received an order that I did not place; I had cancelled my account on-line mid-April, 2020. We were both saddened by these turn of events because I so enjoyed the taste of the food that did not leave me hungry afterward, that met my non-cooking criteria, and certainly the convenience of a wonderful meal."

"i only had to reach out to customer service one time and like it was a mixed bag. i really had a question regarding my missing referral credit but it just so happened the meal i was planning to eat that night had been in the right packaging but it wasn’t the right meal. the first customer service rep that emailed me back took care of the referral credit right away and was super pleasant but didn’t regard the meal mix up. then today i received an email from Mitchell P. who saw i had a question about one of their meals. i explained the situation and he hooked me up with a refund of my meal. totally unexpected! i wasn’t even looking for that! Mitchell P. really went above and beyond. i hope he gets employee of the month. "

"I have really enjoyed the service so far. Most all of the meals I ordered were so good I either ordered them again or plan to. We have my father-in-law staying with us now during the covid outbreak and these meals have been great for him as well. Shipping and billing have been flawless and I have recommended the service to many friends. I even noticed other people at work warming their Freshly meal in the microwave. Whenever that happens a former stranger becomes an acquaintance."

"I was looking at all the other services and it was always x meals for 2. Well, I'm a single person, so that never worked for me. Freshly make single meals. I'm on the 6 meal plan and that handles my dinners for the week and gives me a day to do whatever I want. I found that I was grocery shopping and wasting the groceries because I would be too tired/lazy to make dinner. These are great, most just takes about 3 minutes in the microwave. You can taste the difference between these and frozen meals because they are fresh."

"My husband is in the navy and we each drive 4 hours every day to work and back. It’s a long day and when we get home it’s hard to cook good tasting healthy meals. So we most of the time eat freshly for lunch and dinner. The variety of meals is great and everything tastes like it was just made.
