"I love Freshly, I'm so glad I found them. The convenience of the meals is wonderful. In 3 mins you have a hot, nutritious meal to eat. All meals are 600 calories or less which is perfect for my diet. As a busy mom, I'm always on the go and having something prepared for me is so clutch. Not having to eat what my kids eat means sometimes after feeding them, I pop these in and sit down with my wine. Love it!"

"I've been using Freshly as my lunch meals for six months. They have a great variety of meals to choose from and for the most part are very dependable and there food has not disappointed.
After consistent ordering, I've narrowed my favorites to order every week but have the options to try something NEW; they have seasonal meals that come just in time when I get the urge to break out of routine. Freshly has an app where we can track meals being delivered and can connect with customer service - they're great with notifications on when to update your delivery.
Some drawbacks are that most of their meals have high-sodium or saturated-fat content and that you may not get a preferred delivery option. Delivery can be hit or miss timeframes, especially when delivering to my office building and they deliver past 7pm and are unable to."

"I have been pleased with Freshly. Pros: Lots of options that actually taste good, you can sort by calories, QUICK meals (just microwave and done!), pretty healthy. Cons: It can be pricey, but worth it when you find a discount code. I have actually only had one delivery issue in the multiple times I used it, but the food itself has always been good quality."

All little things and the kinds of issues that are just inherent to the online food delivery business. What sets Freshly apart and they excel at is customer service. The portion control which is my #2 reason for buying ready to make meals is equally perfect. I bought them the first time as an experiment, not sure what to expect. The only issue I had was that the string beans in a few of my orders weren't peeled correctly and had leftover string in them so it made it uncomfortable to eat. "The food has been good but I was on a promotion this last time "stayhome12" that gives me 12 meals at a discount. I was charged full price for my first delivery.

Freshly should have correct amount to be charged displayed somewhere so you just dont get surprised when see the actual charge. Currently the support person told me my next delivery would be $34.99 and the UI says it will be $49.99. Makes me want to skip delivery so I dont get overcharged again. "
