Went to "Amozon.com" first time in a matter of minutes, and delivered in 2 days,, way to Amazon,, your now my on-line of choice,, Fry's can go **** eggs!!!"
"Ordered, but asked to cancel if not for 2020. I was Emailed saying it was cancelled because they did not believe it was for 2020. A Day later someone else called to say that it was not cancelled quick enough and had been shipped. They told me to refuse package. Was not able to. Several day later I got Email saying it would work. Agreed to keep if it worked. Tried it 4 times and it said I mistyped. On the fifth time, the program changed my KEY and it worked."

"Worst experience ever. Orders kept getting automatically cancelled after hours of waiting saying credit card info doesn't match even though works fine on all other sites. Nobody ever calls as orders are automatically cancelled if there is a single issue ever. Shipping dates are fake as orders take multiple days to ship even though showing same or next day. Nobody ever calls if item not in stock. If you call they say they will just cancel the order as item not available."
"Fry's used to be a great store with an ample inventory, but now they no longer maintain a decent inventory in electronic parts. Don't believe their website. Now I guess I will move all my electronics business to the web.

"Tried several times to purchase 5 BBC micro:bit club packs that were advertised on clearance. Staff from their Dallas store called me and told me that my charge was denied - which was not true. Then they asked me to cancel the order. Several days later, they still had the same product advertised on clearance and I tried to buy them again. Fry's refuses to fill the order, which remains on the books but unfilled weeks later. I will NEVER buy anything from Fry's again and am happy to advise my friends and family to be wary of anything Fry's has advertised online. Was finally able to purchase the micro:bit club packs from another vendor. Thanks for nothing, Fry's! "
"Trying to buy massage gun. Great advertised price and online purchasing was easy. Quick notification of order received. But then received phone call that they don’t even have the product, but had another one/type for $60 more. When I indicated I didn’t want to pay more, the call was abruptly ended. Wasn’t sure what happened, but did receive an email that said I had cancelled order (not that order was cancelled by them due to unavailability)."
