"My Fry's first experience will be my last! : ( I purchase speakers on clearance. Not only did I have a confirmation of the order, but a tracking order from the shipper! I waited as it said my product would be delivered a week later. On the day of delivery I noticed the product had not left Fry's! I called them and after several attempts finally got through to a manager who indicated to me a problem. They didn't HAVE THE SPEAKERS! They told me they would "make good" on the issue I had. I called the designated number for a supervisor and have left three messages with them. I had proposed a "remedy" for the problem. A week later I STILL HAVE NOT received a courtesy call back to talk and resolve the issue. Better yet, I have talked to two other audiophiles who attested that Fry's "is awful - and they will mess up your order." This makes three ... do yourself a favor and deal with a reputable place."

When I called the number in the “We need more information” email, the person on YOUR end of the phone was Useless! — bad service 3.
I paid extra shipping (until the order was canceled) to have the items delivered by a deadline, but because someone at YOUR end needed to be nosy, and my order was canceled, I was NOT able to get my items by my deadline. — bad service 4
Best Buy thanks Fry’s for its awful service! Since YOUR loathsome service prevented me from getting my items on time, I saw NO Good Reason why I should reward YOUR lousy service with another order. And as it turned out, I actually saved money on the items at Best Buy — who accepted the SAME Credit Card FIRST TIME; without needing ANY additional information. It’s Extremely Unlikely that I will be darkening ANY door of Fry’s anytime in the future."
