The product arrived by mail in approx. three days. The length of the 12 VDC input chord was noted in the product description. I was hoping it was as long as the original and i'm only slightly disappointed it was shorter. Still glad to receive it promptly."

"I ordered a product and it showed available. However, I was called and told the product was on hold for another customer in case their equipment broke down and I could not have what I ordered. They were sorry but they couldn't get what I needed.
so, my question is why was it showing available if it wasn't available to purchase. This was a waste of my time and what it cost me to pay my IT person to figure out what I needed to purchase to fix our problem. "
"I bought a refurbished pc at frys.com - reading some of the other reviews, some people got a pc with a different processor than advertised. In my case, the order came exactly as advertised. Also, when a worker was getting ready to package the PC, he called me, to make sure I was aware it's a used/refurbished pc, and verified it's in working condition."

I asked for explanation or a compensation like another similar laptop. They never responded back. Very poor customer service. "
