"First I couldn’t use any of my 3 credit cards that were good. So I used my debit card and it went. Then after 2 days of ordering, I received an email saying my transaction my cancelled because they were trying to contact me about payment and I wasn’t responding. Fyi, nobody contacted me, I didn’t receive an email or anything! My husband tried to order the item for me, same thing happened. Couldn’t get the credit card to go thru, used the debit then it went. A day later his order was cancelled too-for no reason!! OMG!! They really should shut this place down!! If they can’t even do the bare minimum of accepting credit card processing!! Customer Service is nonexistent you can’t even find one single person in an entire hectare of empty store!! F this place never buying here again!! "
"I ordered a refurbished laptop....on the day it was to new delivered nothing came....next day I called only to find or the order was cancelled because when they tested the computer before sending to me it was not functional.....seriously? COULD SOMEONE HAVE LET ME KNOW? NO CALL....NO EMAIL....NO TEXT....NADA! but best believe if it was a problem with the payment they would have blown me up about that. "My order was cancelled and not resolved. I had to call them, which I don't have a cell phone, so that is inconvenient for me. I finally called and the guy was helpful and said my order would be processed and ready to ship out that Monday and it's been over a week and the order has still not been processed. I emailed again and found out that they just outright cancelled it anyway and didn't let me know they had done so. I need what i am buying from them for work, so I will have to do the order again, but pray that they don't double charge my account."
