"The store shelves are empty. And when you order online they deliver from the stores but how do you deliver from stores when the shelves are empty. They should deliver from a warehouse or just close down the business all together. They use to be good but now they ****. "

Was left with a resolution of shipping my order a week later than promised with refusal of expediting shipping. Was told that the item I had ordered was the last one in the nation (which was false) and then later told that they could only ship me a damaged product. Despite a dozen different stories within the company, the last phone call I received from Frys was someone telling me to cancel my order instead of attempting to make it correct. Very disorganized company that resulted in me purchasing from a competitor to have it arrive over a week after I needed and expected it from Frys. Very bad experience."
