Terrible Service

"I ordered 2 laptops. Online it showed my order processed but I never received my merchandise. When I called Customer Service they told me that the laptops were never in stock and I wasn't going to get anything even thou the website showed a completed order. They really need to do a better job with the inventory count on their website. "

"I ordered an item showing in stock. A few hours later, got an email the item was "sold out" and order was cancelled.
Item was still showing on website as available a few days later. I understand things sell out but website should be updated to reflect inventory.

complete debacle

"I ordered a product with 3 day delivery (time sensitive need!) I got confirmation that the shipping label was made and I could see it on the shipping company website, but no progress. On the third day I called Fry's to enquire and for several hours they could not get a hold of the store that was supposed to be shipping the item (Sacramento, CA location). Finally, by the afternoon, someone at that store answered the phone and the call center connected me to the store representative. That person said the item was never shipped because someone called me but I did not answer. They did NOT leave a voicemail, they did NOT try to contact me again in any way. I had no idea they were trying to reach me. They just LEFT THE ORDER OPEN WITH NO FOLLOWUP. I cancelled the order and purchased my product elsewhere - faster and cheaper - but missed my deadline due to this snafu. I have been a faithful Fry's customer for 20 years, but have never used their online shopping. I will NOT be using Fry's online shopping anymore. VERY disappointed."

Credit Card Support

"Because I used my credit card to purchase from Fry's, my card was rejected. In talking with the Fry's support, I discovered this - and contacted my bank. All was well and they accepted the charge. I appreciate the 'reach out' from Fry's as it allowed me to quickly resolve the bank issue. Thanks."

I didn’t want a refund - I wanted my item.

"i placed an order to replace a speaker that had broken - went to all the Best Buy’s and couldn’t find one available in store or online. Frys seemed like the savior and had a couple online that would ship from an out of county store. Paid the fees and even got a follow up phone call to confirm all my payment details - it was a very expensive speaker - and a confirmation email that my speaker would ship out in the next day. Was disappointed then to have a follow up email say Frys cancelled my order. Now I have no options to replace my speaker. Full refund of course. I’m Just upset that Fry’s went as far as to confirm my order and start to prep to ship it - only to sell it? Put it back in stock? I wasn’t given a reason as to why my item because unavailable. I’m just left with no options except to wait 4 weeks till amazon restocks I guess. "
