I gave into my wife and she ordered from Amazon and my order was in my hands a couple days later and I don't like Amazon."

I knew this and was told it was intact. Some screws were missing but instead of returning a trip to the hardware store solved that. My biggest complaint is that you CAN NOT delete your saved credit card info. There is a check box, but it doesn't work. No response to my inquiries yet. This is enough reason for me to delete my account and use that 'other' big online electronics supplier exclusively. "

They continued to list the item on their website for a few more days before removing. Terrible inventory management."

"I purchased 2 power supply cables, received an email that my order was received. Got an email from ups with tracking, 3 weeks later still nothing. Frys account states “order expired” no phone call or email. They just didn’t bother to send the order. Likely they never found the items as has happened on multiple other orders. No wonder they are going out of business. I’m done with frys "
