This would have been a 5 rating if I hadn't encountered some back and forth with scheduling the delivery. I made a purchase from the outlet and it took over a week after I made my deposit to have all pieces of an 8 piece set moved off the floor to the shipping area. I received a couple of emails about scheduling part of my order. Why? And now delivery is scheduled for the end of the month with about a week wasted. "

My husband and I had an amazing experience from the moment we spoke with her on our way to the store until we walked out after our purchase. She really wanted to know what we envisioned for the room we are redoing in our home and what our style is and she showed us designs based on what we told her. It is overwhelming to shop for furniture that I want to keep for years and I tend to get overwhelmed, confused and walk away because salespeople often offer too many choices that are all over the place style-wise.
