"The experience was outstanding, variety of brands, models, fabrics. Excellent showroom arrangements, timely order status update. On top of this Mary Myeres made it special. She arranged for a comfortabl conference room for our rest time with the kids. She was patient and quickly learned our style. She promptly responded to all our queries working hard with the suppliers. She made a memorable and enjoyable week of furniture selection experience."

Made a mistake, but they made it right

"When I requested a quote on the internet or a dining table the internet sales person made a mistake. When I went to North Carolina (from Georgia) to make the purchase not know the price was not valid, they let me know it was a mistake. Instead of letting me leave empty handed and angry, they worked hard to get as close to the price as they could and threw in a table pad. I am pleased and would recommend Furnitureland South to friends and family."

Awesome Selection & Professional Help

"From the moment we walked in Cindy helped orientate us to all the showrooms. She knew when to give us time to look and was quick to pick up on our likes and dislikes. Having so many choices in one place made us confident we were making an informed decision - we found several pieces/manufacturers we didn't know about.
Once we got close, Cindy knew how to help with fabrics/colors and integrating it all in. Being able to take samples from one showroom to another and match them up with potential selections made a huge difference. In 2 days we accomplished what would have taken 2 months.

"Our day at Furnitureland South was a great buying experience for us, and it can't be overstated that a knowledgeable and experienced design consultant makes all the difference. It would be virtually impossible to navigate the building and the many vendors and selections of furniture at this amazing facility without an experienced professional sales and design consultant understanding what we were looking for and what we were trying to accomplish. She truly made our trip a very enjoyable buying experience. "

Exhausting Shopping Experience

"We were very pleased with our excellent consultant and the selection of furnishings in the showrooms. However, the showrooms seem to be designed for the vendor, rather than the customer. For example, to find a bedroom suite, we had walk through almost every floor of both buildings. It would be much more helpful if organized so that furniture was organized by type, rather than vendor."

Delivery Date

"Sales representative Brittany Privette was very helpful during our selection and purchase process. When we were advised about the shipping date we had some questions. We tried to call Brittany but were informed that she was no longer with Furnitureland South. The person we talked with could not answer our question and she told us that she would refer the matter to her manager who was supposed to call us. Instead we received an e-mail from the manager informing us of the name of the new sales representative. We were originally told that we would be paying the remaining 50% balance upon delivery and not when the shipment was scheduled to be delivered. Stating payment policy on the Order Quote maybe something you should consider."
