"Each time I shop at Furnitureland I cannot find a helpful employee who actually wants to work. I normally speak to someone who just points me in a direction instead of walking around with me, listening to what I'm looking for, helping me find something, and making a sell. It seems like the employees do not care about making a sell so I usually end up being frustrated and leaving. However, the last time I was there, and after one attempt to get help from a gentleman who simply wanted to sit in front of his computer and point me in a direction again, I found a VERY helpful Maria Ray. She took the time to walk around with us and I actually bought something and I would come back and buy again with her help. That is the way all of the staff should act. They all need to take some pointers from Maria. There is so much there to see and it can be overwhelming. However, if the staff was more into selling they could actually sell more items. "

"We started working on this issue in October. The Customer Service person communicated by email. A few phone calls would have been helpful. Response during the five months working through the issue was not timely. I know I don't know all the facts and obviously I don't know the work load this person has.
Once the Customer Service Manager gave me a call and got involved things happen quickly. I felt we arrived a fair resolution.
