"Made an order, and they offer a 4% cash discount if you wire money directly to them.
I went to my bank to do so, and they said to just walk across the street and deposit directly into thier wells fargo account with cash to avoid getting a wire fee. so i did all of that, yesterday, and i found the rep was really nice and responsive immediately. it was for a Mac Pro for $2079.75, and was told i would get a call in the morning when my payment was processed by the bank - cash deposits are available immediately in wells fargo bank accounts in the united states.. shady.... so i waited. around 1pm I spoke with someone named steve. he told me that my payment had not been processed, and i immediately got upset.

he got upset too, told me he was going to cancel the order, and send my check back to my address, which he had on file. He then said the no one was in accounting, and he wanted me to email the copy of my deposit. Now when i call, they switch to an automatic machine telling me to direct any questions to the website, which leads you to a message saying to call customer support.

I made a purchase before with them, and i got the computer and it was great. i made a second purchase, they said it didn't pass quality control, and then i cancelled the order. this time i paid cash, after being assured several times that the computer was in stock, and would be sent out immediately, if i deposited the cash. after i paid, the tone of the company definitely changed, and i am feeling the same anger and disgust that the other users have been expressing,

i am still waiting to see if they will actually honor my purchase, steal my money, waste my time, or some combination of those. right now, i am feeling pretty foolish for purchasing from these people. and they should feel pretty bad about missing out on the future thousands of dollars i would have inevitably spent. I dont think i will purchase from them again, unless they were to somehow fix all this bs really quick. ill update with any future news, hopefully someone finds it helpful.
