Offering extended warranties and peripheral equipment at a fair price

Cons:
I have had phone communications that were challenging at best, rude at worst. There are some very helpful people answering your phones, but many are not.
The return policy is very rigid
The warranty coverage (requiring the customer to back up all data because the same computer would not be returned) is fairly difficult to manage, taking the ease out of fixing a problem."
