Your diversity and quality of product was good. I am a college student and did a lot of research with your competitors before making the purchase. Your products are competitively priced and the options allowed me to build a custom product that I need for graphic and video editing, as I enter the career field.
However, your customer service was not satisfactory. When I decided to make the purchases I was working on a team for a professional internship and order specifically to work on a project with an approaching deadline. I placed an order over the phone with Steven. He was knowledgeable about the product, however his procedure fell short. After discussing my time constraint with Steven I upgraded to the 2-day air to fulfill my deadline. Clarifying several times that I did order 2-day air, and verified the exact date the product would arrive I concluded the purchase 5-11, checking before hanging up that it would arrive by 5-14. Expecting the order was right and the upgraded shipping was added I never tracked the package. When it never arrived I did track the package, and discovered that the records indicated that the 2-day shipping was never added to the purchase. I called Steven at GainSaver to see if there was any resolution so resolve these issues because of its negative effect on me and my team. He remember talking to me but did not remember our conversation about my time constraint and deadlines. He was reluctant to admit his mistake and apologize. When I asked for an explanation, he responded mistakes happen. I do understand that mistakes do happen. However, GainSaver’s mistake should not negatively affect their client, GainSaver’s lack professionalism was displaced on me, and causing me to look unprofessional this is a problem. Steven’s fault was displaced on me without compensation, a solution, or at a minimum, compassion; these elements I consider to be acceptable expectations to have for customer service, as they are what I provide my clients. The absence of these measures caused me to be very displeased with your service. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, Steven claimed that he was the supervisor, refusing to give me any other contact or place to submit a comment. This is inappropriate conduct in my opinion. Finally fed up with the lack of service and compassion I hung up furious with Steven, GainSaver, and bearing the burden of GainSaver’s mistake, with I would have overcome to complete the project. GainSaver left not only me but my team hanging, and because it was not a problem for Steven, it was not a problem for GainSaver, I ultimately was held responsible for GainSaver’s unprofessionalism. This was disturbing, frustrating, and unacceptable!
When the package finally did arrive, I was a little confused as to making sure that I received every attachment. There was a MacBook charger, and what looked like a iMac powercord, I’m not sure I need. Including a generic pamphlet picturing the purchase and attachment included would eliminate confusion.
In conclusion, I want to say that your product is working very well for me and you all will be considered with future purchase. However, the client service was horrible. I have never felt insignificant and frustrated with any customer sales person. His attitude conduct and responds was unsatisfactory. My goal is not to get anyone in any trouble, rather to alert your company to areas of improvement and in my case, unpleasant experiences that plague your brand. Thanks.

"Ordered the 50" Samsung monitor. It arrived broken via UPS. I contacted UPS for return and also contacted UPS for Update... and was told Gainsaver did not package correctly and claim was denied.I Paid for insurance as directed when ordering. I did receive an rma # from gainsaver and it is being sent to them. I have been trying to contact Gainsaver through the website as directed by 800#. I have requested protocol information about returns. It would be extremely helpful if there was a customer service number you could call and speak to someone "live" and "in person".
UPDATE:6/22/2012: Product delivered back to Gainsaver on 6/15/2012. Called on 6/18/2012 to follow up. Was told it was not yet in the system. Called back on 6/19/2012 and again spoke with Steve. He verified receipt of damaged product and stated a replacement will be sent on 6/19 or 6/20. No tracking number had been forwarded. i called back on 6/21 and spoke with Steve. he tried to reach shipping and receiving but to no avail, was told he would call me back once he spoke to them. No call back to me so i figured i should follow up on 6/22/2012. Again spoke with Steve. He then looked up my order and stated he could not find it in the system and i would have to put in a service request..Currently service requests have been submitted and currently waiting a resolution. I am not sure what to think...are they that busy or extremely stretched personnel wise? so far 22 days since original order and counting. I will update this post as things progress
6/22/2012-PM: Well, I got my money back from gainsaver. This surprised me greatly, because when i spoke with Steve at ex 338, he assured me that a new, replacement unit was being sent to me....? Needless to say, i received a full refund and back on the trail for a new big screen monitor.
6 25 2012: I did find a new screen,local, cheaper and with warranty. I do not know if i should state the name her, but it rhymes with "Microcenter" (ha ha)"
"The service was good. However I was told I would get a $100 re-bate that I never received. I filled out the paperwork and turned it within plenty of time prior to the dead line and never received the re-bate or an e-mail stating why i would have not received it."
