"This is a great place to save money. There are lots of options at great prices. But buyer beware, if you order the wrong item it’s hard to get your money back. Their customer service people (if you are lucky to get someone on the phone) tell you one thing, and then do another. They will force you to only talk to them through their website, so it difficult to get clear answers. I have been waiting for a refund and was told on Monday that it would be processed, only to find out on Friday of the same week that it’s on hold pending a supervisor approval. No other information would be given, and I was told that I needed to call back again on Monday. So in the end, I have now needed to get Visa involved, and use that as leverage to get something done. This is too bad, and I really liked this place, and I had a need for many used computers, but now, I am going to need to reconsider my options since their customer service is well below acceptable.

Refund was processed, however I had to fight with Gainsaver to the point I would now seriously reconsider buying their products again. This was unfortunate, but GainSaver had an opportunity to fix this, and insted they didnt. They waited untill I took action and contacted Visa.

Only a portion of my refund was issued to my card. Not the full amount as indicated by Gainsaver. Here we go again..... wow its almost like they want this to get worce. "

"I ordered a macbook to use to replace the same model macbook that my daughter had spilled water on the keyboard and shortcircuited the systeem. The refurbished Gainsaver Macbook arrived and was in better condition for wear than my daughters. She was able to transfer all her information from the old harddrive into the gainsaver system and she was back in business with all her school work and iTunes music. "
